About Dancing Frog Yoga:

Dancing Frog Yoga is a resource designed for yoga practitioners of all levels. Are you new to yoga? Deepening your practice? This blog will touch on a little bit of everything and hopefully inspire you to keep exploring the joys of yoga, both on and off your mat.

About me, Susan Quilty:

My love of yoga didn't happen overnight. Like many people, my first yoga experience was with a DVD which I would pull out from time to time. My regular yoga practice began many years later when I was looking for help with a bout of insomnia and anxiety. I was amazed at how well it worked and that led to exploring meditation and pranayama, as well as finding a more challenging physical practice.

Yoga has now become a necessary part of my life. It keeps my joints fluid and my muscles strong. More importantly, it helps me quiet my mind and ease my anxiety. In many ways, yoga has changed my perspective and encouraged me to be more accepting of both myself and those around me.

For me, yoga is not just an exercise routine, but a way of life.

  • Over 15 years of personal practice 
  • Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT-500, E-RYT 200
  • CPR/AED certified
  • Experience in a variety of yoga styles, including:

    • Pranayama
